Benji chose not to join them, remaining in Beartown. The investigation and charges against Kevin were dropped due to inconclusive evidence, and Benjamin confronted Kevin one last time on their island, before leaving for good.Ī year later the Erdahl family moved out of town, and David switched to coach the Hed Hockey team, bringing along Beartown's best players. When Kevin was taken by the police right before the final, residents blamed the Andersson family when they lost. Alliances were quickly formed, with a majority of hockey parents publicly in favour of letting Kevin play.
